This clinic is designed for people who have entered into the world of solo white water canoe paddling.
It may also be used as a refresher for veterans of the sport.
Session outline
These sessions will take place at an indoor pool for two hours on Friday evenings.
A brief lecture will be followed by 1 1/2 hours of in pool practice.

Equipment
Those taking part in the clinic are required to supply their own PFD. Supplying your own outfitted solo canoe and paddle is strongly recommended. A limited number of solo canoes will be available to those without and will be shared.
If you are supplying your own canoe, it must be properly outfitted with pedestal seat, thigh straps, knee pads, toe clips, and floatation bags.
